Beached Firth of Cromarty. 1894
A reproduced sepia postcard of the wreck of the Firth of Cromarty in St Margaret’s Bay. Unknown publisher but postmarked Dover 21 February 1995.
The 1894 photograph is of interest in that it shows the original steps and footpath to the south of the Bay, on the far right, whilst in the centre what appears to be the track to Dover can be seen around the base of the cliff.
