Bottom card is colour and titled St Margaret’s Bay, The Beach Road. Reverse is marked, in pencil, ‘From left to right. Beechin Cottage (dark building), Eglinton Cottage (white building), Excelsior Tea Rooms. Both undated.
Although taken from same viewpoint note the apparent addition to the Tea Room roof of dormer windows on the colour card (hand-drawn?). Tearooms built 1905 and dormer windows put in 1907
