A hand written letter by George H Brown, a pupil at Cliffe House School, to inform his parents of the end of term on 14 June 1877 and making arrangements to be met in London. Written on what appears to be official school notepaper, and in italic handwriting. At the top of the page are printed the terms for pupils according to age, and the fees in guineas. The notepaper also states that the school was established in 1740.
