4021: Cutting from unidentified local newspaper [EKM?] of letter to the editor dated 25 October 1954 from W P D Stebbing headed ‘The Pre-History of South-East Kent’ in response to W T Scott’s earlier letter to the same newspaper. He politely refutes Mr Scott’s presumptions.
4022: Cutting from unidentified local newspaper [EKM?], dated 1954 [?October] of letter to the editor from W T Scott of ‘Invenit’, St Margaret’s Bay questioning Ald. Stebbing’s identification of the pottery finds as from the Bronze Age.
