.The write up states” …it is on the cliff, with open views over St Margaret’s Bay towards the French coast. The plans show the general arrangement. The first floor rooms are within a Mansard roof, the spandrel spaces being used as wardrobe cupboards, and above is a further room 18ft x 12ft. It was built by GH Denne & Son of Deal for £1350.
