A sepia postcard from an unknown publisher of the Excelsior Tea Rooms with some shiplap cottages in the foreground. Postmarked Deal 5 August, possibly 1927 (only the bottom bar of the ‘2’ and the upright of the ‘7’ is visible). This would accord with a use period for the stamp of 1912 to 1934.
