Houses at East Cliff end of St Margaret's Bay. 2000
Colour photograph taken 8th March 2000 from the beach of three of the houses at the far east end of St Margaret’s Bay. These were all built by 1937.
in 1945 Noel Coward leased all of them for his family and friends, using a house called White Cliffs for himself, which is just to the right of this group. Ian Fleming also visited him here and eventually leased one of these houses as a holiday home.
