I stayed in this farm house at the beginning of the war. I remember my aunt and uncle Gilbert clearly. I would so like to know if Derek Mitchell and his sister Carol still own the farm. I also remember the night that a German airman had parachuted down and got caught in the branches of a tree. It was the same night that Uncle Gilbert’s pedigree bull escaped and was charging round the farm yard
