Arcadia, High Street

Arcadia owes its name to its one-time existence trading as the Cliffe Arcade at the end of the nineteenth century. For much of the twentieth century the business operated as a fruit and vegetable store. However, the property has a much longer history and can be dated back to at least 1735.
