Two black and white photographs taken from the upper storey of the Village Stores, St Margaret’s at Cliffe. Feature parade taking place through the village. It is possibly the annual ‘Hospital Saturday’ event. Other images in the archive describe this event which involved the Gordon Boys Pipe band which can be seen in the second photograph. Before the NHS this event included a door to door collection to help fund the local hospital.
