Photographs showing the Rock Barge Charlie Rock adrift in a gale from its anchorage off Folkestone towards St Margaret’s Bay, 23 June 2004. On its journey, it caused damage to an undersea cable. It finally anchored off Deal where the Coastguard tug Anglian Monarch took it in tow before handing over to the DHB tug Doughty which towed it back to Folkestone.
