A 19 page schedule of correspondence regarding repairs and alterations to the Granville Hotel with copies of letters between the Landlord, H.B.Devey, the Architect, Messrs Thomas Dinwiddy & Sons and the Receivor for Directors, E.M. Worsfold.
Following the death of the lessee of the hotel, Mr Joyce, Worsfold and Hayward were acting for the remaining shareholders to ascertain the position about the building work at the hotel. Mr Devey’s Surveyor, William Flockhart, inspected the works on site in May 1912 and signed them off.
