Snow plough in the High Street. April 1978
Press cutting from the Dover Express 14 April 1978. A surprise snowfall that started just before midnight lay four to six inches deep by breakfast time requiring the services of a snow plough.
However a thaw quickly set in and by tea time most of the snow had vanished.
