St Margaret's in 1940 : Christine Waterman

Christine will look in depth at the life in the village in this first year of the ‘real war’ when everything about village life was to change overnight.  It will be illustrated with original material from our archive, extracts from our ARP logs, newspaper reports, and local oral history records from some of the people who actually lived through it.
