The St Margaret's Bay Conservation Character Appraisal: Brendan Wells

Brendan will take us through the complex but very worthwhile process which sought to protect the character and history of the St Margaret’s Bay Conservation area. Like other areas with this designation it had no actual written Conservation Appraisal, an expensive undertaking needing DDC approval and specialist help. Brendan will tell us how the St Margaret’s Bay Conservation Association achieved this feat and what happens next!
